Translation Method
English to Japanese translation by Dr. Saburo Takahashi.  Back translation by Dr. Toshiyuki Someya.  The two translators reached consensus on comparison of the two translations.

Factor Analysis 
Confirmatory factor analysis supported (goodness-of-fit .85)  the three second-order factor solution of the original (Patton, Stanford, & Barratt, 1995).
