Test-retest reliability (1-month) r = .70, p < .001
Factor Analysis
Principal components analyses diverged from the original (Patton, Stanford, & Barratt, 1995) six factor loadings. This study founds two, instead of three, second order factors: (1) "general impulsiveness", loading with Attentional, Motor, and Cogntive Instability factors, and (2) "nonplanning impulsiveness", loading with Self-Control, Cognitive Complexity, and Perseverance factors.
